Food Preferences
Hey there, here's my food preferences, just in case you want/need to know them for some reason:
- Allergies:
- Lactose
- Raw almonds
- Raw hazelnuts
- Raw walnuts
- I don't like:
- Vinegar in salad (a little is ok)
- Animal parts (meat, fish, crab, squid, gelatine...)
- Animal products (cheese, egg, butter, milk chocolate...)
- I have no problem with honey, yeast, lactic acid, plant-based fake meat/cheese
- I love:
- Green tea
- Red wine
- Dark chocolate (milk-free)
- Spicy stuff
- Indian, vietnamese, russian, korean, burger
- Other nuts/seeds like peanuts, cashew, pistachios, macadamias
The almonds/hazelnuts/walnuts are only a problem when raw. You can roast them for 15 minutes and they should be fine. Most things in the supermarket made of those nuts is fine too, like marzipan, hazelnut chocolate, or amaretto. Either way, the allergies are mild and not life-threatening.
Use this information responsibly. You know my weaknesses now. Please don't kill me with a lactose injection while I sleep or something. Oh damn, why am I giving you ideas..?
